I first came to know Martin when my mother and I decided to sell the family home after a subsequent family passing and the maintenance required on the property. We had interviewed many realtors by that point and had not found a good fit. Martin’s instant connection with both my mother and I as well has his professional and friendly demeanor drew us both in. It was evident within minutes of our conversation of his vast experience in residential real estate not only in the Lower Mainland but beyond. Martin became our family realtor and successfully marketed and sold our family home with multiple bids. He simultaneously found my mother her current town home which she enjoys every day. Martin was always available to answer any and all questions and truly guided my mother through this life event. We had been in the family home for over 20 years and as with any family home, emotions and stresses are high. Martin continually provided a buffer to my mother during this time frame.

Now, 6 years later I was ready to purchase my first home. Martin and I started the search for condominiums and town homes in the summer of 2013. Both him and I would look independently and discuss properties every week, whether in person, on the phone or by e-mail. Martin was always available and willing to answer questions, provide his leadership and share his knowledge about the market, specific buildings and construction.

Martin and his team focus on relationship building, not just completing a transaction as with so many realtors. His network of trades, finance and mortgage professionals and other resources related to real estate are vast. Most importantly, he and his team are very aligned with the ever changing real estate market in British Columbia and not only keep themselves up to date and educated but pass this along to their clients.
